FOH Staff
Host/Server/Bartender
Duties:
- Greeting & seating guests
- Pre-bussing & bussing tables
- Taking orders
- Providing quality customer service
- Delivering orders
- Taking payment
- Completing list of assigned side work in a timely manner
Facilitate the achievement of objectives in food quality and consistency, cleaning and sanitation, and employee training and retention under the guidance of the Front of House Manager within the parameters of the mission statement.

BOH Staff
Line Cook/Prep Cook
Duties:
- Ensuring the proper quantities and specs of products.
- Station stocking and cleaning duties are properly carried out.
- Maintaining consistency of all the food that is being prepped.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness for all areas and equipment.
- Ensure that all food items are being consistently prepared in accordance with quality standards.
- Communicating with the ‘ordering manager’ if there is too much or too little product.
- Aware of Health and Food Safety Regulations.
- Maintaining open communication with staff and keeping the kitchen morale and attitude positive.
Facilitate the achievement of objectives in food quality and consistency, cleaning, sanitation, and prepping under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager within the parameters of the mission statement.

Management
Oversee entire restaurant operations, equipment, cash-handling, food, beverage, scheduling, hiring, firing, and training. Do all this while maintaining a healthy-positive-fun-hard working culture. The main focus of GM’s efforts will be coaching/teaching through the leadership team, which consists of: KM, FOH Manager. Also, including Shift Leads/Trainers.
